Let me start…
I overthink a lot !!! At times, it’s like a torture because when your thoughts mingle with anxiety they create a bomb of false assumptions and predictions. I have been trying to ignore my negative thoughts by letting them be and go. It feels uncomfortable because I do feel the strong need of justifying my thoughts but at the same time I save precious time and I attract the positive energy and I reject the negative one.
Modern world, matters, problems and society often suffocate our souls. Don’t let it occur, no matter what remain yourself and reject everything which does not agree with you. You don’t need to please others nor others have to please you. Let your soul shine with all of your wonderful qualities 😎😎😎
When anxiety strikes look around and acknowledge the reality- use your eyes to look and ears to listen.
What can you see?
What can you hear?
Take a deep breath, consciously inhale and exhale. This simple action will help you to deliver precious oxygen to your brain and as a result of it you will be able to experience reduce symptoms of anxiety.
If you feel,
then look for anything which is related to nature. I consider ‘green power’ to be the best calming remedy. In order to correctly use it, please, focus on the present moment and think about what your eyes can see. Try to notice as many details as possible. Your mind will become occupied with a distractive thought and will instantly become more at ease.
If you have a tendency to oversleep stop it !!! Oversleeping disturbs the chemical balance in your brain which may result in anxiety episodes and low mood. Listen to your body and try your best to work out the hours you sleep best and the time you wake up. If you feel tired have shower, a drink or a hot beverage. Start your day by actively doing tasks from your planner. The planner will help you to stay organised and productive. You don’t have to complete everything from your list- take steps and prioritize your activities. Stick to it and you will see positive results in a short period of time.
Remember to rest, don’t overwork yourself, just slow down and listen to your body. If you feel overwhelmingly tired it means taking rest and relaxing will heal you and make you feel better about everything.
Relax and let out the energy by doing something you love… don’t sit and dwell on your problems. It won’t help you but put you in a state of anxiety hibernation ( a prolonged anxiety – panic attack episode).
When I’m stressed I consciously breath in and breath out. I’m truly myself, I don’t let any negative thoughts to upset me. I’m an individual who is unique and kind.
Start with few simple ingredients and work hard to turn your life around !!! It’s not going to be perfect but it’s going to be your achievement 🙂
