Life is a Journey

The journey which has welcomed a new cat and a little bubba growing inside me. Our family is expanding.

Mittens is beginning to get along with our new Italian female gangster Meg. Meg is very playful and looks forward to Mittens joining in her hyperactive ventures around the house. He is still a bit reluctant.

I’m slowly adjusting to pregnancy symptoms and trying to stay awake ( especially in the middle of the day 😅🤣). Ian has been very helpful trying to accomodate my needs and reminding me that I do need to slow down a bit.

I have a confession to make lalala , I have a confession to make….. I’m obsessed with the bathtub …. I can’t get enough of sneaking in there and contemplating on my joyful existence. I occasionally stare at my Mummy & Daddy in the bathroom😂😂😂

Relax & Play

Relax and let out the energy by doing something you love… don’t sit and dwell on your problems. It won’t help you but put you in a state of anxiety hibernation ( a prolonged anxiety – panic attack episode).

Mr Mittens’ Routine

Mittens is a true explorer! We are all getting used to Mr Mittens’ jumping and running session every night 😅 He is in our family now… we accept his quirks same as he accepts ours ( kind of ;)).

Mr Mittens has been reckless and extremely anxious. He’s getting use to us and his new home. He’s been more around us since yesterday – it’s a good sign.

Up-Side-Down

When you move house everything feels up-side-down. There a boxes everywhere together with a newly adopted cat… Farah Von Mittens. It’s beautifully challenging but we’ve done great as a team with a newly added male feline. Our love is based on respect and mutual understanding which makes us both happy. Tomorrow is going to be another day of unpacking & decorating.

Do not disturb me, I’m actively relaxing… meaning I’m rejecting all the bulshit which is happening around me 😁😁😁

We are so excited about adopting this feisty 1 year old feline gentelman. It’s going to be a sweet challenge but I strongly believe we will get along well after some settling in period 🙂
