Sweet Talking

Life is real, Surreal thoughts

Keep sweet talking to me…

Mental Health See-Saw

I SEE
OH I SEE
THAT LOOK IN YOUR EYE
OH WHAT A LOOK
THE ANGER I SEE
COULD MAKE FLESH COOK
BUT WHAT I HEAR
OH DEAR
WHAT I HEAR
YOU KEEP SWEET TALKING ME
KEEP THAT SWEET TALKING
KEEP THAT SWEET TALKING COMING
THOSE SUGAR WORDS TASTE FOUL
AND I KNOW
THE PAST YOU TOOK
THE PRESENT YOU LOOK
AND THE FUTURE WON’T BE THE SAME
YOU KEEP SWEET TALKING ME
KEEP THAT SWEET TALKING
KEEP THAT SWEET TALKING COMING
THOSE SUGARY VOWELS HOWL
THE PAST YOU TOOK
THE PRESENT YOU LOOK
AND THE FUTURE WON’T BE THE SAME

Happiness

Precious Experiences

What does make you happy?

Mental Health See-Saw

We were both tired after a long day and a sleepless night with our daughter. My partner went upstairs with Miss Little Munchkin aka Jumping Bean first, I followed after. When I got upstairs I saw them both sleeping soundly. I stopped for a moment and let my heart fill with joy and happiness of seeing two people whom I love with my whole heart relaxing and resting.

What does make you happy?

I often find out that people feel happy when they surround themselves with materialistic items or money. They forget the importance of emotions and feelings which doesn’t cost a dime.

Stop for a moment, forget about the money and materialistic items and ask yourself what’s really important in your life.

A Wondering Mind of a Pregnant Woman

Life is real

Have you ever had a wandering mind?

Mental Health See-Saw

My mind often wonders in the most peculiar way. I contemplate about things which have taken place and possibilities which may occur. Recently, what has surprised me the most is the fact that I don’t enjoy my mother being nice and supportive towards me or rather towards her unborn grandaughter. I should be happy about her current state of mind but I’m not. It makes me angry and furious. She hasn’t been there for me when I needed her so why would I need her now!? I’ve been left to deal with the abusive marriage and ex years ago on my own. She decided to step back and focus on my ever so adoring brother and his ex partner. She wasn’t nowhere to be found? She never really took an interest in me as in an individual. I haven’t seen her for over six years and the fact that she…

Dear Mother

Surreal thoughts

Rotten flesh that was left behind my deluded soul. Open wounds and neverending grief courtesy of mental paranormal activities. Unscattered exposed brain presented to the world in the most mesmerising way.

Don’t laugh at me.

Leave me alone.

You don’t understand me.

Don’t change me.

You’ve failed to do it mother.

Rage. Sadness. Anger. Why can’t you understand me? Perhaps you are trapped in your own world while feeding of others like a fucking parasite. Compensating me for your self-appaling ignorance materialisticly won’t console your guilty conscience.

Don’t laught at me.

Don’t ignore me.

Leave me alone.

Let me breath.

You don’t understand me.

Don’t change me.

You’ve failed to do it mother.

Surrounded by demonic potency of the Inner-Self I reach the Garden of Eden. I skipped the Purgatory.

Surprised?

Such an incessant matter of you being constantly unlucky and dissapointed in your own existence. I acquired freedom from my sins.

Don’t laugh at me.

Don’t ignore me.

Leave me alone.

Let me breath.

You don’t understand me.

You’ve failed to do it mother.

I won’t return your love because you were frozen when I needed you the most.

Crash

Precious Experiences

What happens when a highly sensitive person flies high from the excitement to tragically crash and meet the sorrow combined with the reality?

Feelings of hurt, sadness , failure , disappointment and anger start to pour down into a pot of one’s existence.

Nobody wants to be a part of this situation, nobody wants to feel hurt and sad. How to avoid it?

My advice is to remain ‘SOBER’ – a very strange thing to say but it’s quite possible to get ‘drunk’ with emotions and feelings.

Think about it….

When you are overly negative, sad and angry then you can easily slip into the world of sadness and anxiety which may lead to depression. The same cycle stands for being constantly ecstatic and overexcited. You get this instant initial rush which makes you feel wonderful before falling off the cliff into the sea of the dull reality.

If you are just able to find the golden middle and balance your emotions then you will save yourself a lot of heartache & energy.  Welcome to your life healthy enjoyment & sensible way of coping with not so glamorous happenings. Active meditation and acknowledgement of the present moment is crucial in this process. By exercising your mind in to noticing details of ‘ here & now’ you will prevent your brain from overheating which will allow you to stay on the right track instead of tripping over the excess of the modern world.
