When I’m tired I try to admire the beauty of nature. What I tend to do is to take pictures of everything I consider to be interesting. I look at it when my mind feels overwhelmed. The fact that I’m able to look at something mesmerising calms me down as I know I’m going to be out there soon ๐Ÿ˜Š

Mental Health SeeSaw

Everyone who has suffered from anxiety knows about the mood swings, the loss of breathe and the panic that ensues.

Slowly but surely the trigger that we had we recognize and can spot the signs sooner each time.

But sadly we are never limited to one thing that triggers anxiety in ourselves.

Are We?

No.

From someone walking behind me to not replying to be in a large group of people as some to mention i have adapted and understand what my body is doing in each of these scenarios but now being in a traffic accident today i now have to add sitting in a car to my list.

Whilst stationary in traffic another driver who i believe was doing over 30 -35mph went into the back of my car surging myself forward and into the rear of another vehicle who then collided with another.

I believe the Inner-self protects us. It guards us and senses the danger in the negative energy thrown at us by others. It sounds very surrealistic but I have experienced it multiple times. I have met people who emanates the evil and thrives on others’ misfortune and unhappiness. Someone would say that it’s purely a defence mechanism and way of coping with  obstacles. It’s a logical explanation which from the psychological point of view makes a lot of sense. I’m a spiritual person. I like to call myself a happy hippy who rejects materialistic way of life and embraces the natural side of it. I have worked with a person who emanates the negative energy for three and half years. She claims to be a devoted Christian who is a creature without a flaw. She smiles at misfortune of others, wishes things to go wrong for them – especially if it means a good and positive outcome for her- benefits in any form. She always shares her troubles and worries and expects  compassion in return. I consider her to be an emotional parasite but from the spiritual & spiritual side I believe that my Inner-self fights whatever she throws at me. I have become immuned to paralysing toxicity.

Any kind of terrorism is a form of cowardice and slavery. Who are the slaves? The slaves are the people who have been brain washed and are mentally prone to physically harming others. In their pathetically distorted minds they think that they fight for a greater cause e.g. ‘In the name of Allah’. Bullshit!!! Allah has nothing to do with it. Allah – the Heavenly Father as I would call him wouldn’t approve such thing. Islam in its purest form is a religion of peace same as Judaism or Christianity. The problem arises when wealthy Imams, Sheikhs, Priests, Pastors and Kohens manipulates Holy Books to attracts other’s attention, gain followers and achieve their goals by manipulating their flocks’ vulnerable minds. Nobody has any right to deprive another human being and their family of their life. Same thing applies to terrorism, there are wealthy bastards who are standing above the stage directing every move of terrorists who murder their victims. These brain-washed murderers are worth nothing to bastards who run the terrorist groups. They are just objects of no value. They are being convinced to commit crimes in order to be validated in the life after death.

 I hope there is going to be done more to eliminate the root of the problem not only just the stem. More restrictions need to be imposed in the society to control all the religious organisations. The goverments of the countries which are the nest for the heads of terrorist organisations should cooperate together with the rest of the world to destroy  the root of the problem not just the part of it. Only if we as people unite together in the name of peace and equality we will be able to stand against the barbarism which has been going on for years.

Rest In Peace the innocent People who have been killed all over the world. You haven’t deserved it. The justice will be done. Good always wins. Peace and respect are the key  to survival and conquering the barbarism. Muslim, Jewish, Christian , Buddhist, Hindu, Atheist and other brothers & sister please let’s all unite in the battle which consists of mutual respect & support to gain back the  peace and freedom. We are all equal regardless of our religion, beliefs, gender, ethnicity , nationality or sexuality !!!

Precious Experiences

This is Boris 

A male cat who is strong & resilient. He was found under the bridge 14 years ago. He was weak, bruised, injured & scared. It took him a while to heal but in the end he took a major step and began to gradually build a relationship with us based on trust & love. It seems that he left his dark past behind and started a new life. We all could learn from him. I know life injures and scars us but it’s never to late to start AGAIN AND BE FULFILLED!!! 

There are three steps to do that:

1. Realisation of the negative experience and its impact on our lives .

2. Acceptance of the negative experience and the beggining of living our life ‘HERE & NOW ‘ – the importance of being in the present moment and embracing the wonderful visual, verbal & physical things of the surrounding world while focusing on the nature and meditation.

3. Practising living in the present moment and welcoming new life experiences. 

Please be aware that it’s impossible to erase the past. The key to forgiveness is acceptance and self-care. In order to heal emotional and mental wounds we must look after ourselves. It’s not about justifying wrong actions of those who have hurt us but its about solely focusing on ourselves and staying away from toxicity of our perpetrators. We are all unique and special. We deserve respect. 

If you have suicidal thoughts or if you are a victim of bullying, domestic mental & physical abuse, neglect, rape or any other kind mistreatment please don’t be afraid to share your pain & sadness. Life is beautiful full of surprises.

Self- Confidence

Life is real

Self- Confidence might be artificial disguising insecurities and fears. It can also be manipulative and toxically soothing when an individual uses it to compensate themselves for their issues. It’s toxic because it affects others around them. Healthy self- confidence derives from inner-self which consists  of self- worth, self- belief, empathy and compassion. Healthy self- confidence resides in the present moment and rejects uncertainties of the past and future.
