I woke up from a state of pure hibernation which brought me over to true inspiration. The universe calls me to cleanse my soul. I’m ready and I need this meditation to be open for what’s about to come. My ebullient and perspicatious inner self has never abandoned me. I welcome spiritual & positive energy to overflow my shattered soul. I urge this beauty to assemble it back together. I shall thrive invincible and strong.
The mind wonders and you feel lost in the black hole.
Sometimes my mind resembles a nest of one milion tiny maggots who are vigourously trying to destroy it.
Don’t be still, refuse to be idle and ‘devour’ green with your eyes whenever you can as this is the only way to stimulate wild creativity and bring excitement into our life.

I allow every bite or sip to become a process of enjoyment. I celebrate the smell which contributes to a wonderful taste. I’m gratful that I’m able to participate in this ritual rejecting overindulging.
