Bonnie’s Golden Thoughts

The world

Bonnie says- ‘Be proud of who you are – you great & complicated human creature. Don’t ever let anyone to patronize you or disrespect you. If someone does it to you try your best to remove yourself from the toxic interaction. Don’t suffer in silence. Don’t let your thoughts to devour your healthy mind. Share your feelings and never dwell on your problems alone!!!’

Protection

The world

It’s sad to see that people choose wrong paths due to bad life experiences. I have witnessed transformations into selfish , self- centred creatures multiple times. It’s has made me wonder why does it occur so often.

The thought which comes first in to my mind is ‘protection’. Protection from the world, negative people and situations which caused worries and troubles in the past. It gives people a sense of control over their fate and the Universe which is quite helpful because it creates space for healing. The problem arises when a person who has healed rejects admirable values they were known to live by. The rejection of nobility is the easiest option but it disagrees with the inner- self which deep down sounds the alarm of the conflict. The alarm is heard above the surface. Nothing is done about it- the ignorance jumps into place causing even more confusion. Time goes by and the affected individual either changes themselves revealing their true colours or remains in the blisfull false ignorance.

Feelings

The world

Feelings are one of the most important things in life. They help us to make the judgment by being the communicator between the conscience, empathy and  logical thinking.

Greeting negative , neutral and positive feelings with open arms allows us to analyse various life situations more objectively making us successful. Many of us try to mute or disregard feelings by following the rational thinking pattern in order to protect ourselves. I could compare it to eating the same type of food for lunch everyday and rejecting any other meal because even though it’s not satisfying enough it’s still filling – I can easily name it ‘a safe option’.

What if we venture out and actually try something unexpectedly different. Would it make us happier or more miserable? We won’t know unless we try! I do believe the key to happiness is a healthy balance made of miscellaneous ingredients which stimulate our existence.  Think about it 😊

Lee Hull Live in Cambridge (United Kingdom)

The world

A very unique artistic approach by a person who cares about the music and aims to share his experiences with the audience. He wants to influence others to stay optimistic no matter what life throws at them and encourage those who struggle with mental health issues to not loose their  hope in the life long journey. He has a very humble & down to earth approach to his music.

Dear Human,

It’s happened again… I fell into the bath tub. This is my pledge to you, despite you feeling paralysed with fear please DO NOT kill me as I contribute valuebly to your environmental world. Pick up a piece of paper or a jar and kindly use it to take me out of that bloody white coffin looking like bowl. It’s a slippery slippy slope for me so I need your help.

Many thanks,

System of Down to the Ground

The world

The modern world reminds me of a cosmetic surgery or multiple cosmetic enhancements that have gone wrong. Justice doesn’t exist anymore or perhaps has never existed. People who are in power break human rights and promote hatred together with ethnic inequality. Media constantly fuels negative feelings by presenting the distorted news. The problem is that the media reports  are the only educational source of the information for some people. Many citizens based their knowledge on the news without fully researching the topic. I’m not a fan of the anarchy but the current democracy resembles dictatorship. And it’s not even a rein of terror by the book but pure manipulation and brainwashing innocent people into a belief of being part of a patriotic system which does good to its own members. But it’s all about the money and status between the world leaders. Has ever been different? I don’t think so. The methods and tactics have changed but the aim of the game

Has

Always

Been

The

SAME.

Coming to an end of my thinking milkshake I would like to say that it’s important to voice our believes and live the way we want to exist. Small communities which promote the truth and consist of families , couples, partners and friends are crucial as they bring little bit of sanity into this sickening and flesh rotting world.
